Refund policy

At ZypperLondon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your summer wardrobe. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Important:

  • If your return is accepted, you will be required to ship the product back to our UK fulfilment centre.

  • We recommend using Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery to ensure your package reaches us safely.

  • You will receive specific instructions on how and where to send your package once your request is approved.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: If the product is not damaged and the correct item was sent, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

  • Store Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, ZypperLondon will be responsible for the return shipping and restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@zypperlondon.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products: Such as special orders or personalised items.

  • Personal care goods: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like intimate apparel or beauty products) may be restricted.

  • Sale items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to our 30-day policy, under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our eligibility criteria (unworn, tags attached, original packaging).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@zypperlondon.com.
