How to Take Your Measurements Correctly
Shoulder: Measure across your upper back, from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
Sleeve: With your arm slightly bent, measure from the centre back of your neck, along the length of your shoulder, and down to your wrist.
Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal and snug, but not tight.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, typically the narrowest part of your torso, about two fingers above your navel.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
