We are committed to making this international shipping process as secure and transparent as possible. Please read the following to understand our delivery timeframes.

1. Order Processing Time

This is the time required to prepare your order for shipment after your payment is confirmed.

Payment Confirmation: Payments via Credit Card or PayPal are typically confirmed instantly.

Preparation & Dispatch: After confirmation, your order is sent to our manufacturing partner. It will be carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched. This processing and handling phase typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

2. International Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched, it begins its international transit.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Our standard international shipping typically takes 6 to 12 business days for delivery.

This timeframe is an estimate and does not include the initial 1–3 day processing period. While we work to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing in your country, local postal service efficiency, and peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and final destination.

Promotional Shipping: We may offer promotional free shipping on orders over a specific value. These offers will be clearly stated on the website during the promotional period.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (All Included)

At Zypper London, we believe in a seamless shopping experience with no surprises. We ship all orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including VAT) are fully covered by us.

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will never be asked to pay extra charges upon delivery by the carrier or customs officials.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

Tracking Activation: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking number to become active in the courier's system.

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make one or two attempts to deliver your package. If they are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local post office or returned to the sender. Please monitor your tracking for any such notifications. Reshipment costs in this scenario will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost in transit or arrives with significant damage, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
